The Mirror Now sessions teach us the true identity of our soul so that we realise it in completeness one day. It helps in answering the following questions – Who am I? Where am I? What am I?

The Bhed Vigyan sessions teach us how to distinguish between who I really am and what we have considered ourselves to be so far which we are not. By correcting this misbelief, one day we can achieve self-realisation (Samyak Darshan) and eternal bliss.
